PRO | JUNIOR FITNESS

The ProWorld Fitness Program delivers tailored, progressive training designed to support athletes aged 13 and older, all the way to professional players. For junior athletes, it builds a strong foundation through structured strength and conditioning focused on agility, endurance, flexibility, and proper technique. Advanced athletes benefit from sport-specific training that enhances strength, power, speed, recovery, and injury prevention. Each athlete receives a personalized fitness plan created by our expert coaches.

Please note that the fitness program is offered as a standalone package and must be purchased separately from the tennis program. To provide maximum flexibility, players can choose from multiple fitness sessions offered throughout the day, allowing them to create customized training plans that align seamlessly with their tennis schedules. During an onboarding meeting, athletes are evaluated and placed into the appropriate group, as sessions are tailored to different skill levels and goals.
