This is why we have created a fast paced, fast learning training program to maximize every second you are out there training. Our Afterschool Program will make sure that your training expectations are met and your goals are crushed.

Afternoon session – Point Situation + Match Play

Morning session – Stregth + Injury Prevention

Afternoon session – Performance + Movement

Mental Coaching – 45 min. w/coach (1 per week)
